Lisully Ramirez is a Licensed Social Worker who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are having hardships with mental health. She has a background in working with client’s that are struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Trauma Issues, Self-Esteem, ODD, Conduct Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, and Executive Functioning challenges.
Through her background as a school social worker in early childhood, elementary and high schools, she also has in-depth knowledge of the IEP and 504 processes and special education services. In addition to her time spent working with the adult population in assisted living with the Association for Individual Development, which is a non-profit organization for different populations of disabled people. Lisully uses a person-centered approach when working with clients, to build rapport and make clients feel safe and welcome. Lisully enjoys working with young children and adolescents but has experience in working with a variety of different ages, diagnoses, and populations.
Lisully has an undergraduate degree in Social Work (BSW) and a minor is Psychology from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois, as well as a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University in Aurora Illinois. Outside of work, Lisully enjoys taking time to go on a walk or do things to take care of her mental health, as she is a big advocate for mental wellness. She also enjoys spending time with her big extended family as well trying new foods and traveling!
